I had a great time at this hotel, although there were a couple of hiccups. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but I had issues with the front desk accommodating my request for adjoining rooms. The outdoor pool was a big highlight, especially since the indoor water park was unexpectedly closed. Overall, I would stay here again but would make sure to clarify my room preferences beforehand.

I had high hopes for this resort based on reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty disappointing. While the grounds were kept well and the pools were nice for the kids, the cleanliness of our room was shocking. It seemed like they didn't have a proper cleaning crew on hand. The fees also piled up quickly, which took away from the overall value. In the end, I'm not sure I'll be returning due to the state of the accommodations and those hefty extra charges.

I struggled with stairs during my visit, and the staff was unresponsive when I asked for help. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable at night, making my sleep very restless. I can't say I would recommend this place based on my experience.
